BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 224 Frazier Avenue, being on the southwest line of Frazier Avenue southeast of the Walnut Street Bridge. Lots 5-8, Frazier's Addition No. 1 to Hill City, as shown by plat of record in plat book 4, page 16, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 2631, page 253, ROHC. Tax Map No. 135E-N-3. from C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone to C-3 Central Business Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. No additional building height expansion. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3.
